As a Co-Founder of Pivotal Capital, Renée's career in venture spans 30 years. Renée started her career in equity investing at Nippon Enterprise Development Corp. (NED Tokyo), followed by Dominion Ventures, Dominion Capital Management and TriplePoint Capital.
Renée holds a MBA from University of San Francisco and a Bachelor of Science degree from California Polytechnic University, San Luis Obispo.
As a Co-Founder of Pivotal Capital, Tom has been involved in venture debt throughout his entire career. Early on he developed the venture leasing and lending platform for Comdisco. As an entrepreneur, he was Co-Founder and President of ZoneTrader, followed by Hewlett Packard Financial Services and in 2006 launched TriplePoint Capital as the first Managing Director.
Tom holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Iowa.
Prior to joining Pivotal, Charlie spent over six years at Jefferies in their Healthcare Investment Banking Group in New York. He focused on mergers and acquisitions and capital raising for clients in the Life Sciences space.
Charlie holds a BSBA in Accounting and Financial Management from Bucknell University’s Freeman College of Management.
Victor brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in the venture capital and finance sectors from his roles as CFO and as an Operating Officer at 4490 Ventures, Peninsula Ventures, Focus Ventures, and Dominion Ventures. Based in San Francisco, Victor oversees administration, compliance, financial and information reporting systems.
He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Southern California.
Harold has served as a Chief Financial Officer for public companies including Redwood Trust, Inc., and TPVG, Inc. a publicly traded BDC and other privately held companies in various stages of growth. Most recently, Harold was a business coach for Stanford Seed, a Stanford GSB-led initiative partnering with entrepreneurs in emerging markets in East Africa, to end the cycle of global poverty.
He holds a MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and Economics from Willamette University.
